Initial Consultation & Treatment
90 minutes
Your first appointment includes a full health history, tongue and pulse diagnosis, and a complete acupuncture treatment. I take time to understand you as a whole person — not just your symptoms.
Follow-up Treatment
60 minutes
Returning appointments build on your initial treatment plan. We'll review your progress and continue your course of care.
Supplement Consultation
45 minutes
Personalised advice on supplements to support your health and treatment goals. I'll review what you're currently taking and recommend what may help — based on your individual constitution and needs.

What to expect at your first appointment
A thorough consultation
We'll spend time going through your health history, lifestyle, and what's brought you to acupuncture. I use traditional diagnostic methods including tongue and pulse assessment.
Your first treatment
Fine, sterile needles are placed at carefully chosen points. Most people find the experience deeply relaxing — many drift off during treatment.
Your treatment plan
After your session we'll discuss a recommended course of care tailored to your needs, with no obligation to commit to anything upfront.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and avoid a heavy meal immediately before your appointment. Allow a little time to rest afterwards if you can.
Policy
Cancellation policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full session fee. I understand that life happens — please do get in touch as soon as you can.
